Construction details

1. FRAMEWORK: Reinforced concrete slap foundation in accordance with seismic requirements

2. WALLS: With builds of 20cm hollow bricks for the outter walls and 10cm for the interrior walls.

3. PLASTERWORKS: all interior and exterior surfaces are plastered three times and painted.

4. FLOORS:
Entrance passages, made of ceramic.
Verandas made of ceramic.
Sitting room and dinning room and hallway all with ceramic.
Kitchen has ceramic tiles
Bathroom and toilets finished with ceramic
Bedrooms with ceramic, including fitting
Balconies and Verandas with ceramic

5. DOORS AND WINDOWS:
Main entrance by oak wood paint with varnish
Inside doors made of MDF and finished with larger
All windows and external doors are made colored aluminum and double glazing.
Bathroom windows also made of colored aluminum and non-see through glasses

6. WARDROBE: Made of melamine internally and doors with MDF paint larger.

7. KITCHEN: Cupboards made of melamine and finished with larger

8. SANITARY WARE:
Colored or white
Good quality 80 CY £ for the bathroom
30 CY £ for the wash basins
50 CY £ for the toilets
50 CY £ for the kitchen sink

9. MIXERS:
22 CY £ for the bathroom
22 CY £ for the shower
20 CY £ for the kitchen

10. FINISHES: Kitchen has ceramics tiles covering the space between the worktops and cupboards( about 0.50m high) also behind the refrigerator washing machine and cooker

11. PAINTWORK:
Bathrooms and toilets paint with oil paint where there is not any porcelain that is. All exterior surfaces will be paint with emulsion-external use

12. HOTWATER: Thermal installation with electric, one-ton water tank

13. ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION: According to the plans.

14. ROOFS & ISOLATION: The roof will be covered with isolation

15. PARKING PLACES: Parking places will be covered with concrete

16. INSTALLATION OF WATER AND TELEPHONE:
Separate water counter for each flat.
Separate electricity counter for each flat.
Telephone installation internally provided for each one.
